Vitae Career Enterprises is a company which caters career counselling services mainly in Lucknow and Balrampur (UP). Word "Vitae" is a Latin word which means "about life". We believe in - "Timely Acquired Career Guidance Gives Success." For a successful life, selection of a career plays a vital role. Although present era is a era of information but a lot of people are struggling for their livelihood due to wrong choice of their career. Some persons choose their career at initial stage of life but they do not change it according to pace of change in new technologies and advancement in their field. As a result, their career stagnate in between and they feel frustration in their life. Here we play our role, as a career counselor.

To help school and college going students and professionals in deciding their career by providing counselling in choosing their field of education and career according to their personality, interest, values etc.
I am Cca Arendra Nath Sharma, Founder & Director of Vitae Career Enterprises. I am a former Government officer who superannuated from the post of Deputy Director General (Engineering) in the Indian Broadcasting (Engineering) Service, 1987 batch, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. I hail from Shravasti district in Uttar Pradesh, one of the backward regions of the country. Although I am satisfied with my professional journey, I can never forget the challenges I faced during my early years—especially the struggle to decide on a career path while growing up in a rural area with limited access to quality education and employment opportunities. At that time, there was a serious lack of experienced individuals who could guide me and my parents in choosing the right educational and career options. Unfortunately, even after four decades, the situation has not improved significantly. Students, youth, and their parents still struggle due to the absence of a proper platform that offers affordable and reliable guidance for education and career planning. With this in mind, I aim to establish a well-equipped and accessible forum for such underserved communities. Through this initiative, they will be able to receive proper guidance and counselling at a reasonable cost. This effort will not only contribute to the progress of the community but also allow me to continue serving society in a meaningful way during my retired life as a counselor.
